Digital materials
Downloadable templates are provided after payment confirmation. If a file is defective, contact the address on the contact section with a description of the issue.
Scheduled sessions
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be sent in writing before the agreed start time. Any fees already invoiced are handled according to the written agreement for that booking.
Processing time
Responses to refund inquiries are sent within a reasonable period after receipt. Payment methods may affect how long refunds take to appear on your statement.
